North Bondi Surf Lifesavers Club
Dr Uria has been a major sponsor of the Nippers at the North Bondi Surf Lifesavers Club. Sponsorship is in the form of a donation to the club and the provision of water bottles for 600-700 Nippers. The water bottles keep the Nippers hydrated on Sunday mornings at the beach-a most worthwhile cause
The surf and beach are such a customary part of the Australian lifestyle that the importance of the life savers club cannot be underestimated. The Nippers are essential to the safety and well being of the Australian swimming population. The sense of community and camaraderie that has been created within the Nippers is unique and essential to the prosperity and ongoing safety of bathiners on our Australian beaches.

Bays/Easts rugby club
Dr Uria is also delighted to be a sponsor of the Bays/Easts rugby club and he values this close association. The morals and principles instilled in its members are not only essential to the game of rugby, but in fact the life skills that Dr Uria is proud to be aligned with. "Winning and losing graciously" is a winning life skill taught at the Bays rugby club!
Dr Uria recommends that children undergo an orthodontic assessment by a specialist orthodontist from the age of seven years and older. In most cases, orthodontic treatment will only be required at an older age, but in any event your child is being monitored.
Referrals are not essential when visiting an orthodontist for the first time
